When will my order be dispatched?

Every StudioStig print is made to order and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

How much does UK delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is £4.95.

Orders over £60 qualify for free UK delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if your order hasn't reached you in perfect condition.

Please take a few photographs showing the damage and email us at hello@studiostig.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number.

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If we need the damaged item returned to us, we'll cover the return costs.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of its expected delivery date, please email hello@studiostig.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with our delivery partner.

Where an order appears to have been lost in transit, we'll work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue before arranging the appropriate replacement or refund.
