Fishermen, No. 1
A coastal scene centred on quiet routine.
Fishermen, No. 1 captures a peaceful moment along the shoreline, where the simple act of fishing becomes part of the wider landscape. Warm reflections, softened silhouettes and restrained colour create a composition that feels contemplative rather than narrative.
Rather than focusing on the figures themselves, the painting celebrates the quiet relationship between people and the sea.
